Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Outcome OS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Outcome OS is an AI platform that helps users create, compare and orchestrate AI-generated content and workflows. The Service is currently in early access: features may be incomplete, may change and may be withdrawn. We will describe the features available to you within the Service.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service.
• Tell us promptly at info@mesero-tpv.es if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. AI-generated content

The Service produces output using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your purpose, and similar requests can produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or publishing it. Output is not professional advice (for example legal, medical or financial advice).

5. Third-party AI providers

The Service sends your requests to third-party AI model providers to generate output. Those providers process your requests under their own terms and policies. Which providers are used may change over time. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party models, and a model may be added, changed or removed from the Service.

6. Prepaid credits and payment

• Use of the Service is paid for with prepaid credits. The price of credits, and how many credits a task uses, are shown in the Service before you buy or run a task.
• Credits are consumed when a task is executed. Generations that fail for technical reasons on our side are not charged; credits reserved for them are released or refunded.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• create content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens or defames others;
• create malware, carry out fraud or phishing, or deceive people by impersonating others;
• generate misleading content presented as genuine, such as fake reviews or fabricated documents;
• breach the usage policies of the underlying AI providers;
• interfere with, overload, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• resell or provide access to the Service to others without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, we assign to you any rights we have in the output generated for you. Because AI output may be similar to output generated for others, and because the law on ownership of AI output is still developing, we do not guarantee that output is unique or protected by copyright. The Service itself, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Mesero Labs SL or its licensors.

You grant us a limited licence to process your Input and output only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not use your Input or output to train models unless you explicitly opt in.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during early access. We may carry out maintenance, change features or suspend parts of the Service when necessary.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during that period.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable we will give notice first. If we close your account without cause, or discontinue the Service, we will refund unused prepaid credits.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or by email. The date at the top shows when the Terms were last updated. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Business users submit to the courts of Alicante, Spain.
